The brunch menu features entrees such as ricotta pancakes with peppered bacon or sausage, a lime-smoked-salmon omelet with goat cheese and tarragon crème fraîche, and an Angus beef patty melt with smoked-cheddar-and-jalapeno aioli on a toasted brioche. With brunch, each diner receives one entree (up to a $13 value) and one caesar or wasabi bloody mary  or basic mimosa (up to a $5 value).

My mouth is watering and my stomach is growling after reading through Mosaic's menu.  I should go toast an English Muffin for breakfast, but I don't think it will be very satisfying at this point.
