    I just tried this and was charged $30.00. I sent an email and am waiting for a response.

    And you used the Promo: Code Birthday?

    Let me see what I can find out on my end. I'm sorry this has happened to you and even feel worse that your comments went into my Spam file and didn't show up immediately.

    Another few questions. Did you use capital letters with BIRTHDAY?

    Have you checked your CC online to see if it was charged?

    I did not use capital letters and my cc was charged. Oh well, live and learn.

      Gosh I hate to hear that happened to you. Make sure you contact them and cancel your memebership. You might still be able to sign up for the free year.
