    Just to clarify, you need 3 of the $1 coupons and then the Balance Points gives you $1, which makes all 3 free?

      Yes, that is the way I'm figuring the deal. I sure hope that is the way Balance Reward work.

      I think you will have to pay $1 out of pocket, but then will get the $1 back with the 1000 rewards points.

    Since you don't get more points when you use your points, I'm thinking we should use our points to buy RR deals and then use our RR to buy point deals.

    And, since it takes a few days for the points to record on the cards, we could do the same the following week with the new points. This is going to be a learning process for all of us - including the stores.

    And yet another reason I am so done with Walgreens. I use to shop there all the time but my last experiences have been way to bad to put that stress in my life. I will stick with CVS.

      I agree Lynda. Life is stressful enough we shouldn't choose to do anything that add to the stress.

      Overall my experience at Walgreens has been good, but I know it is not that way at all the stores.

    So...is there a limit to the number of the same purchase/s...because it is recorded on a point system card?

    Wouldn't it be a money maker? 9/3-9/30 when u buy 2=1r.r, 3 = 2r.r. So get 3 use 3 $1 coupons(making it $1) get 1000 pts (= $1)and $2 rewards. I think. I did get a cat. that said about the rewards. This is going to be a headache. But just think how it will help our math skills!

    I have had such good luck with WAGS recently. I think they must have given their employees a coupon lesson b/c I have had my cashier try to help me out at more than one store on more than one occasion!! Of course I usually already had my ducks in a row but really appreciated them trying to help!
