  1. With the 5.00 coupons is the price before or after the coupon towards the 50.00?

    1. Last time SNS had the $5 in-ad coupon and $10 off $50, the store coupons were deducted after the $10 discount was calculated. Hopefully it will be the same this week.

    2. I have heard that they are after the $10 deduction (by someone who works there) and that each department has pads with the in-ad coupons. If you don't see something on the shelf ask, they likely have some in back. I am hoping for Fabric softener sheets, ice cream and the diapers.

    3. Just returned from S&S & indeed the $5 coupons are once AGAIN (yay) deducted after the $10 off $50 deduction. HTH

    1. Back in July when they had the same in-ad coupons, you needed a coupon for each item. The stores had extras printed out. But, ask Customer Service at your store to see if it is working the same way.

  4. I picked up a hand full this morning so I should be good. Thanks!

  5. Hi all, I am new and am wondering if there is a limit to the number of same coupons used. For example, how many $5 cat litter coupons can I use. Thanks in advance for the info. Jan

    1. Unless the individual store limits you on the amount you can purchase, there isn't a limit printed on the coupon in the ad.

  6. Word of warning, the IP cat litter coupons are only printing one per computer... this could take a while lol

  7. Check your coupon stash. Cracker Barrel blocks of cheese are on sale 2 for $5. I have a $4/2 Sam Adams TP coupon I picked up a while ago that will make them free tomorrow (I almost wrote on Thursday. I can not get used to coupon Friday). :)

  8. I just got back from SNS and my cashier started scanning the $5 coupons in the middle of the transaction. It still took off the $10 once I hit $50 before the various $5 coupons I had. So it seems it doesn't matter when they scan the $5 coupons during the transaction, you should still get the $10 off when you hit $50.

  9. Hi All - Thanks for the updates on how the $5 coupons are working

  10. I still have an Entertainment book $5 off $50. With the $10 off automatically, do you think it would work, or should I spend $60?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No, it will work, you only have to buy $50. Then you are down to $35 before any other coupons. :)

  11. Did a couple transactions today. Paid $10 each for $50 products. Good day for stocking up trash bags, paper products or pets items if one can use them. The ribs tasted fine. Will buy it again next time if the sale is good. Got scared to buy the hamburger patties after seeing the ingredient list. But overall a good shopping day at SNS.

    1. LOL, Anon, I also got scared of the patties after I read the ingredients. :I

    2. I also said no on the patties... The numbers like 85/15 on ground beef is much more comforting lol

  12. Did anyone else have issues using a manu coupon along with the $5 off ones? Specifically for the cat litter. Twin Oaks cashier wouldn't allow it and neither would customer service when I asked. Just want to figure this out in case they run $5 coupons again.

    1. Hi Lisa - I was out of town on Friday, so can't answer you question for personal experience. I would have thought others would have been posting if they couldn't stack a manf. and store coupon on this sale.

I think I would have asked to talk to the manager also in your situation.

I hope someone else that used (or tried to use) the Cat litter coupon will have a better answer for you.

    2. I was in the store late and didn't think to ask for a manager. It definitely surprised me that it was an issue because I hadn't seen anyone else post about being denied here. It was clear from the CS rep that I spoke to that he had been denying them all shift. In my mind, the $5 q would be 'paid for' by SNS and they would get reimbursed $1.50 from the manu so they wouldn't be out any extra by taking both.

      - Lisa R.

    3. I agree SNS wouldn't have been out any money accepting your Manf. coupon.

    4. I used the A&H MQ IP in both IL & MO with no problems. I would call the store and talk to the SD. If that does not help or they seem clueless call Val at SNS Corp. :-)

    5. To Lisa R. I used several of the A&H cat litter IP coupons along with the $5 S'nS coupons with no problem on my first $50 order. In fact, when the man behind me in line heard my total of $2.77, he asked how I did that, & the the cashier explained to him that you can use S'nS coupons along with manf. coupons . . . On another order, I used a manf. coupon along with the $5 S'nS coupon for Prairie Farm ice cream with no problem. I suggest you take your receipt & coupons to the store manager & get your money for them.
Then, hopefully, the manager will inform the employees about allowing "stacking" coupons.

  13. We used the A&H MQ IP at the St. John SNS on St. Charles Rock Road with no problem. Ask a manager, use other stores as reference, and maybe post to their facebook page..
