I'm sure by now everyone has heard about Target's Credit/Debit Card data breach. Here we go again - we are all too familiar with this problem in St Louis.
Target is taking this problem seriously - their CEO has posted info on The Bulls Eye View. (See the video message from Target's CEO Gregg Steinhafel about Target's Payment Card Issue.) And they are offering a special discount to customers this weekend.

- Limit one offer per guest to be used in a single transaction.
Excludes:
- all gift cards
- entertainment cards
- airtime cards
- prepaid cards
- iTunes cards
- Apple, Bose
- all video games
- Playstation 4 consoles
- Xbox One consoles
- Target Mobile(SM)
- prescriptions
- optical
- clinic
- and alcohol purchases
- Offer cannot be combined with other storewide or category/department coupons.
After the past year's problems with Debit/Credit cards, I'm ready to become a cash only shopper.

I've been waiting for a good price on a TV. There's one on sale this week for $189.99 plus the 10% discount would make an even better deal. Guess I'll be stopping at Target after work tonight.

ReplyDeleteI bought it last night. Easy set up and programming, nice picture and sound. I am very happy with it so far. Its only available in store in this area, not online.
