Walgreens Deals 1/11/09 - 1/18/09

Again, Walgreens has some great deals this week. I love the Buy 1 Get 1 deals on cleaning supplies. My favorite is the Windex Wipes. Before couponing, I would have never purchased this product because it was way too expensive. Now with couponing, I buy the "expensive" products for much less than the cheap stuff. I use a Windex Wipe every morning before I leave the bathroom. I clean the toothpaste splatter off the mirror, then swipe around the sink and toilet. Feels good to have at least one clean room a day.

Remember:
1. Count the number of items you have and the number of coupons you are using. The register will not accept more coupons than items you're purchasing. Purchases fillers as needed.

2. Always give the cashier your coupons in groups, first manufacturer's coupons, then Walgreens' coupons.

3. The register should allow you to use two coupons on a Buy 1 Get 1 deal.

4. Ask for a rain check if the store is out of a sale item. They don't expire and you can use them at any Walgreens.

5. When you get home, put your receipt by the computer so you don't forget to enter any Easy Saver Rebates.
