Walgreens Deals 2/1/09 - 2/7/09

This week: Reusable Green Bags - 3 for $1 with in ad coupon. I just read that 14 plastic bags contain enough petroleum to fuel a car for a mile. I take a few reusable bags to the grocery store, but don't think of using them elsewhere. I'm going to get a few more bags at this price and try to remember them everywhere.

Remember:

1. Count the number of items you have and the number of coupons you are using. (A register reward is considered a coupon.) The register will not accept more coupons than items you're purchasing. Purchase fillers as needed.
2. Always give the cashier your coupons in groups, first Register Rewards, then manufacturer's coupons, and then Walgreens' coupons.
3. If you use a Register Reward for the same brand of products, you will not receive another Register Reward. If you use a Register Reward for a different brand of products, you will receive a Register Reward.
4. Ask for a rain check if the store is out of a sale item. They don't expire and you can use them at any Walgreens.
