Week 1: CVS is Coming to Town
Week 2: Sign up for Your ExtraCare Card
Week 3: Attach Your ExtraCare Card to your e-mail.
Week 4: Earn 2% Back with Every Purchase
Week 5: CVS Coupon Machine
Week 6: Earn ExtraCare Bucks
ExtraCare Bucks (ECB's) are CVS "coupons" you earn by purchasing advertised promotions. They are like Catalina Coupons (grocery store) or Register Rewards (Walgreens), but they print at the end of your CVS receipt. They expire one month from the date they were printed and can be used to purchase anything in the store except the normal restrictions - alcohol, tobacco products, stamps, gift cards, prescriptions, lottery, and money orders.
When you shop at CVS, the cashier will scan your ExtraCare Card before ringing up your merchandise. Any ECB's you earn will be attached to your card and have your name printed on them. They can only be used with your card.
CVS advertises products that produce ECB's in their weekly flyer. There are usually a couple of items completely free after ECB's each week. Other promotions have a purchase requirement such as a dollar amount or number purchased before you earn an ECB. Unlike the grocery store or Walgreens, these purchase requirements do not have to be in one transaction because all your purchases are tracked with your ExtraCare card. When you hit the purchase requirement your ECB will automatically print.
Not only does CVS have a weekly ad, but they also have an ad good for the entire month. This flyer you pick up by the front door. It also advertises ECB offers. Since you do not have to purchase ECB offer requirements all in one transaction, CVS tracking your purchases is a real benefit with this monthly ad.

Just wanted to let you know that there will be a CVS opening at the corner of Manchester and Kiefer Creek Rd. in Ellisville, I work for the real estate company that owns the land that they are building on. We are not sure of their expected opening date but I think it should be sooner than September.
