Looks like Kmart is doubling coupons again in the St Louis Metro area August 16-22. Check out Short On Cents for the details.I'm not a Kmart shopper - that is until they started offering double coupons. I've been able to get hundreds of dollars of merchandise for FREE at Kmart!
I'll post more information and what products you can get for FREE closer to the doubling date.
