Okay, driving a distance to save at a grocery store might not be wise, especially if your time has any value. Before Kroger limit how many coupons one could double, there were times I got real bargains at the Troy and Warrenton stores.
ReplyDeleteNow I do often travel over to Columbia, IL and shop at Market Place, which is supplied by SuperValu. My one grief is that at first you could use a MQ with an in-ad coupon and that suddenly stopped. A real positive is that the sale tax is only a penny per dollar spent.
The weekly ad runs from Monday thru Sunday with a so-so monthly ad booklet. When the ad is posted on the web site, varies at times.

Found an ad for a new chain that is supplied by AG. It goes by the name of ALPS, which stands for Always Low Price Store. No ad on the internet yet and only 3 stores locally.
