For everyone who follows My $5o Budget, you can see I menu plan from what I have in the house. I buy what I can get for the best price and figure out what I'll do with it later.
This approach has made life much easier at our house.
Monday: Senate bean soup, corn bread, fresh fruit
Tuesday: Pot Roast, potatoes and carrots, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Wednesday: QuikTrip Sandwiches - I loved the free sandwich coupon. My husband and son can stop and pick up their dinner on the way to Scouts.
Thursday: Pasta con Broccoli, garlic bread, Caesar salad
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Date night - My son is camping with the Scouts, and for once my husband isn't going.
Sunday: Pork tenderloin, baked potatoes, Green Giant veggies, fruit
