Wednesday's are our quick turn around evening. Last year, I always fixed a frozen pizza, but since my freezer is full of free vegetables, I've had to plan something different. Thanks to the Sara Lee deli meat from Target, again free, I have a new go-to meal.
Monday: BBQ pork sandwiches, cole slaw, fruit
Tuesday: Ham, baked potatoes, veggies and applesauce
Wednesday: Soup and sandwiches
Thursday: Ham, hash browns, veggies , fruit
Friday: Ham & cheese omelets, English muffins, orange juice
Saturday: Chicken Marsala with Linguine (Macaroni Grill Kit), Caesar salad, garlic bread
Sunday: Orange Chicken (Wanchai Ferry), green salad
