$10 off $50 purchase on Thursday at every store!
Shop 'n Save's internet coupon acceptance policy states that they accept internet printed coupons up to 50% of the product retail. It doesn't state if product retail is the regular shelf price or the sale price.
At some stores, cashiers scrutinize every coupon to see if they are over 50% of sale price, at other stores, this is not a big concern. If you have any question your store might not accept your internet printed coupons, stop at Customer Service before you shop. Talk to the manager and see what they say. Tell them where you printed the coupon from - manufacturer's web site, coupons.co, etc. and see if this is a concern for them. I understand the cashiers are trying to do their job and follow what rules they have been given, but I also know manager wants your business.

Attention, anyone west of the Missouri River and who makes the trip to Kroger. Jack Pizza just went on sale for $2.00 at the Troy store. Assume that also at Warrenton when the new ad comes out tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely check with CS before trying to use IPs more than 50% of price! I completely forgot that policy (have never really had cashiers scrutinize the coupons before) - tried to get the Healthy Choice meals $2.48 with $2IP. Cashier called CS, CS wanted to let me use them but had to have mgr approval. Mgr said no... They had to void them from the order and then I couldn't use the $5/$50 Q. Big hassle at the register and caused others to wait a long time! Not worth it to me - when Schnucks takes them without problems!
ReplyDeleteRemember if you have a new prescription filled @ Shop N Save they will give you a $25 gift card which you can combine with the $10 off thursday deal. I like to do this when I need formula. I also combine two formula $5 coupons and two $5 formula checks. So I purchase two formula's for $50 - $10 - $25 -$5 -$5 -$5 -$5= 2 Free Cans of Formula with a $5 overage :-) I usually pick up a few other sale items to use the overage as they will not pay you overage.

I also went to Schnucks and Diebergs. My total today for all 3 stores was $121 worth of groceries for $29. I love your easy to read lists. Thanks again!

ReplyDeleteNo pictures, if I had time I would drag it all out and take some. My freezer is like a jigsaw puzzle. I will try to take some if I have another good week. I joined The Grocery Game last spring and started buying extra papers each week, which I still do. I canceled after 3 months, never once used the lists, just wasted my money. I hope I can get better at organizing. Thanks again!
