Next Sunday, we are going to celebrate Winter Solstice a day early with my "taste of summer menu." The lack of daylight bothers me even more that the cold this time of year, so we'll celebrate summer with grilled burgers on the George Foreman, potato salad and Eckerts peaches that I froze last summer.
Monday: Ham, hashbrowns, spinach salad and pineapple
Tuesday: Crispy chicken, fries, frozen veggie
Wednesday: Ham sandwiches and soup
Thursday: Lasagna, green salad, garlic bread
Friday: Senate Bean Soup, corn bread, fruit
Saturday: Chinese Orange Chicken, egg rolls, peas
Sunday: Grilled hamburgers, potato salad, Eckerts peaches
