I'm totally underwhelmed with Shop 'n Save this week even with a Heinz Catalina deal. The Heinz deal is not a bad deal if you need to stock up on sauces or don't mind turning on the oven this time of year. But I don't need sauces and don't turn on the oven in the summer.
I'll probably stop in to "cherry pick" some Prairie Farms ice cream and get a rain check for Cottonelle. I don't know if I've ever seen Shop 'n Save not run out of Cottonelle when they've had it on sale. I'll pick up a rain check, if they're out, and use it another week when they have a $10 off $50 Thursday and better sale items.

This week, my oldest son requested Grilled Chicken Margherita Pizzas, one of this favorite meals. It's super easy to make and tastes like summer. I bought fresh mozzarella this week just for this recipe, but I've used regular mozzarella and the recipe is still great.
It's a strange week for Walgreens shopping. No freebies, and not many Register Rewards. With all the sweets this week, you would think Walgreens is opening dentist offices instead of health clinics.
This is a crazy week at Walgreens - the ad is a different format, there is no free toothpaste, and all the deals are sweets with some water to wash them down. Good thing I'm stocked up on free toothpaste.
Kmart is doubling coupons, up to $2, in the St Louis area (Missouri & Illinois) the week of July 5th.Check out Common Sense with Money for lots of other possible coupon match-ups. I said possible because there are a lot of coupon match-ups on blogs, but they don't always match the prices and products I saw at my local Kmart.
I'm never ready for this time of year. Back to school and the 4th of July don't mix well for me. But it's that time of year.....
