The way I read that coupon is you have buy 2 items and then you get $1 off on a BBQ sauce, so you have to buy 3 items. Not that you can just buy 2 BBQ sauces and get $1 on those 2.

ReplyDeleteIf it wasn't pictured as a qualifying product, I would say with this sale, you would get a Free BBQ sauce when you bought two other items. But, since it's a qualifying product, it might work buyng just two BBQ.
I emailed Cristi to see if she bought BBQ sauce and had any problem with the coupon.

ReplyDeleteI'm thinking that because it was a qualifying product, I was able to get this. I actually bought 4 yesterday and used 2 coupons, which the cashier asked me where I got the coupons as she wanted to pick some up! I agree, now that you mention it, the wording definitely makes it confusing.
I would try buying 2, as it may depend on the cashier's interpretation of the coupon. I'm guessing worst case scenario is that you'll end up paying $0.67 each for 3 bottles, which is still better than $1 each!
