You can still do a mini-money maker without doing the rebate. The glass cleaner is $2.69 and the car wash is $3.44. After both the $2 off coupons and the $3/2 Target coupon, you come out ahead 87 cents. I'm horrible at rebates so this worked out better for me. :)
