So Jeri any problems with flooding up in Iowa? Boil or put those ears on the grill?
ReplyDeleteHi Kas - The rivers I saw were high and the flood plaines were under water, but I didn't see or hear of any flood damage, yet.
ReplyDeleteCorn on the grill. Way too hot to boil water.
Last time I made corn on the cob I just cooked it in the microwave for like 5 minutes and it turned out great. Much better that boiling and heating up the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteHi CJ - If I don't have the grill going, I too put corn in the microwave. But most nights the grill is on anyway. Thank goodness for gas grills.
