Shop 'n Save Deals: 7/19/10 - 7/24/10

Another instant savings coupon in this week's Shop 'n Save ad. This one shouldn't cause the confusion of last week's coupon. Save $3 instantly on Kellogg's or Kashi Cereals when you buy 3 or more. It would have been nice to use this coupon twice in the same transaction, but at least all store will should be consistent accepting coupons.

$10 off $50 purchase, Thursday 7/22/10
No coupon necessary - $10 will automatically be deducted from your total when you spend $50 before coupons.

Take a look at this week's ad HERE.

Remember:
1. $10 off $50 purchase this Thursday (with a few restrictions listed in the ad)
2. Shop 'n Save does not double coupons.
3. Shop 'n Save accepts internet printable coupons up to 50% of the product retail price. (** I've noted coupons that are over 50% of the sale price in the match-ups.) Take a look at Shop 'n Save Internet Printable Coupon Acceptance Policy.
4. Thursday price - purchase right at $50 of groceries and save 20% before coupons.

  1. What page are the Johnsonville brats on? I didn't see them in the online ad I looked at. Are they an unadvertised sale? Maybe I just missed them, but I looked several times. Thanks

  2. Hi Anonymous - Johnsonville Brats are in the In Stores Special Ad. That is the black & white ad you can either look at online or pick up in the store.

  3. I love Bratwurst. Wish there's one that has beef ingredients instead of pork because hubby doesn't eat pork. I just wrote Johnsonville about this. Hope they will make Johnsonville Beef Bratwurst. That would be really sweet. :)

Anyway, on Holten Extra Value Burger, 5 lb. pkg - $5 ($4 Thursday price)---has anyone tried this? Are they greasy? Are they good? Thanks a lot in advance.

  4. coupon.girl-read the ingredients of the Holten Extra Value burgers and you may not want to buy them.

  5. Oh, thanks Judy for the heads up! :)

  6. Those Holten patties are called 'hockey pucks' or 'soy burgers' by some. IMHO, like any ground beef product, how clean is the meat going into the patty making machine is my #1 concern. Thinks of 'em as a flat frozen Bar-S hotdogs. You want to forget what went into the burger, while you eat it.

I know that SFM make brats and similar non-cooked products with beef. Years back, a North County restuarant attempted to serve breakfast with turkey replacing pork. I believe the place was closed within a year.

  7. Hi coupon.girl - I would be a bit suspect of the Holten burgers too. $4 is a great price, but ....

  8. I found a TRY ME FREE tear pad Q for Keebler Baker's Treasure chocolate chip cookies, i also found the TRY ME FREE peelies on the Grande Tortilla Chips, and i found a hangtag on the minute maid lemonade that says if you buy a watermelon you get the lemonade free.

  9. Hi, Sadina! You found those peelies/coupons/rebate form at SnS??? Those would be cool for Coupon Thursday. :)

  11. The Holten burger question made me want to ask another question. Has anyone tried SNS's "Patty Mix"? I always look at the price on that and love it, but I figured it was just full of filler. I was wondering how it tastes??

  12. IMHO, the "Patty Mix" tastes very nasty and too much on the moist side. Think ground turkey that comes in a roll, except really seasoned. One roll was enough for me.

  13. Thanks Sadina for the heads up of what to be on the look out for.

  14. I know it is late for the capri sun deal for Thursday...I bought the citru for 2.33 per box and got the catalina. It just has to be 100 percent juice. Nancy H.
