ReplyDeleteI found the Q on the Cheerios for free milk wyb 3 GM cereals at Dierbergs. The cashier "pushed" it through by voiding my milk since the register wouldn't take it. This morning, I was looking at the Q from another box and there some restrictions "void ...where prohibited or restricted by law including ID, LA, MO, MN, NV, NJ, ND, PA, TN and VA." I wonder if that is why it wouldn't go through, but I also wonder why they would put these Qs on boxes in MO if we can't use the Q.
