ReplyDeleteJeri - I'll check at other stores this week. It's not something I need, was just going to get it to donate and make $1 coupon profit on it. But it's frustrating to go in for advertised specials and the product not be there.
ReplyDeleteHi Jeri, I got a Secret Soothing Effects clearanced for $2.29 and got a $3RR. The sign said it was on sale for $6.99, so I had them price check it.

ReplyDeleteJudy - I was just coming here to post that! One of the Wags I went to yesterday had the Secret priced at $8.99 with the RR sign, another had it for $2.29 but no mention of the RR. But I found it today with both the $2.29 price and the RR sign. I hate to ask for price checks, I love to see the deal spelled out on a sign or ad so I know I wont have to argue with the cashier.
ReplyDeleteHi CJ - I love to see the deal spelled out also, but I've gotten to the point that I have no problem asking a cashier to price check something for me. I've even asked if they can check if a RR is printing.
ReplyDeleteI always go to cosmetic counter or ask a manager. The employees I've dealt with have always been cooperative.
Jeri - The cosmetic counter is always unstaffed every time I'm at any Wags. But I was brave today and asked the main cashier to price check since the shelf tag still said $8.99. I think if this deal was advertised the shelves would be bare. I hope they keep the Secret RR deal a "secret"!
ReplyDeleteHi CJ - At the stores I shop, the costmetic cashier is not at her register very often, but I go hunt them down. I'll find them and ask them if they could check me out (or what ever I need) and tell them I don't want to hold up the front register. They have always been more than accomidating for me.
ReplyDeleteI got another Secret this morning but the RR didnt print. Not sure if it was a problem with the machine or if they've pulled the deal, it had been working all week at this store. The cashier just gave me $3.25 back instead of the RR which was fine by me!
