Thank goodness my family is easy to please when it comes time for dinner. I could put the same ideas on my menu plan week after week, and as long as one of my son's or husband's favorites was included, I'm not sure either would ever complain.
Monday: Tilapia, fries, green salad, grapes
Tuesday: Kahiki General Tso's Chicken, steamed rice, broccoli, pineapple
Wednesday: Tacos, refried beans
Thursday: Breakfast burritos, orange juice
Friday: Baked chicken, fries, frozen veggies
Saturday: Dinner out
Sunday: Grilled pork chops, long grain & wild rice, green salad

You are so organized. I need to get my act together and get menu plans done. Instead of flying by the seat of my pants everyday. LOL
ReplyDeleteHi Anne Louise - I have to laugh when you call me organized. It is not something that comes natural to me.
ReplyDeleteUntil a few years ago, my menu planning was wondering the store wondering what we were going to eat that night. Or if I didn't have time to do that, ordering a pizza.
Since I've started couponing and stocking up when prices are bottom dollar, menu planning takes me about 5 minutes a week. I check the freezer, check the pantry and put my menu together.
There is hope.
