  2. Guess I better get there soon for the free and mm items. Gotta love shelf clearers. I think I shop at "Her" store. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  3. Also noticed that Prairie Farms dips and sour cream are $.77 in my ad. Should be able to use the $.45/1 in the 1/30 RP on the sour cream or the B3G1 on the dip.

  4. Thanks for the heads up on the PF sour cream Pixie_bit :)

  5. Hi All

Anonymous - I fixed the price on Jacks Pizza, Thanks!

pixie_bit and RachelStL - The Prairie Farms Sour Cream and Dip in the ad are for 8 oz. and the coupons in 1/30/11 RP are for 16 oz. They aren't for the same size of product.

  6. Good Morning to All,

Anonymous-I think the Jacks Pizza might be cheaper this week at Schnucks if your looking.

I wonder if it is to early to answer the other Anonymous? I hope they Are talking about "Me & My" store? Cause I think I am the only one who talks about "My" store. Maybe thats why my ears have been ringing. hehehehehehehehehehehee
Last week would have been better than getting there sooner this week. The McCormick grinders MM has been working since the 23rd. Soooooo go get you some-My special order will be in tomorrow. No shelf clearing-I plan ahead(sometimes). hehehehehehehe =)

And it would be Great to bump into more good couponers at my store-I would love it-Cause I share all the good coupons I have Always. My Favorite one now is the -$3 on Meat WT NAPN in IL. =)

A shout out to Shop n Save-Thank you for having some great deals and keeping me coming back into the store. I might just have to go to my SNS today and tell them again how much I looooove them. They are the best.....Oh and I have a couple of the -$10/$40 Aldi coupons to use there.

Ok I guess I have talk/typed enough for now.

Have a Great Shopping day to All.

  7. Hi Janet! Where did you get the $10 off $40 Aldi coupons? SNS takes these?

    Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  8. Hi Sherry,

Aldi opened a new store in Wood River, IL and sent flyers out in the mail with the coupons. SNS posted signs they would honor these coupons. Yippeeee I have two of them to use. Kinda makes up for no -$10/$50. My SNS said that the new Aldis had put a dent into business the first week of opening-I said they should have had a -$10/$50 that week and I could have made up for the lost business for them. =) That brought a good laugh from the SD and cashier =)

  10. Janet,

You used Walgreens RRs to pay!!! Will all SnS locations accept them?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Woohoo for you, Janet! KC beat me to it, but I spied those Wags RRs as well. Another great shop for you, and yes, you do have an awesome SNS!

  12. Janet, where are the OM lunchable coupons from? Thanks! Good job BTW!

  13. Good Afternoon to All,

JB-OM came from Caseys about a month ago, it was a tearpad.

KC & Staci-All I can say is YIPPPEE =) All Shop N Save locations should be/start accepting them. This is from the Corp level after verifying with Catalina regarding reimbursement. The Store Director was at the register with me to see how things played out and to start training for the acceptance of RRs. When scanned no beeps etc and scanned for the proper amount, he asked the cashier for the RRs and took them to CS to show them what to start expecting/accepting.

I call myself a true Geek for being excited about this one.

Please remember to be patient with your stores as this will take educating them on the change. Speak with a manager first to prepare yourself and the store and we will hope things start out smoothly for all of us. I will get contact info as to who the store can speak to regarding the changes and so they can verify things if they have not already been made aware of the change.

Here's to some more Great Shopping trips for us all.

    TTFN =)

I think we will have to start a Geek society! :-) Yippee!!! SO excited about this!!! Thanks for giving us the heads-up, Janet. I will look forward to getting the info on the contact person for corporate so I can work down my RR I earned from Almay last week.

  15. THANK YOU JANET and the store director at "Janet's store"!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Janet's advise. Anyone wanting to use a RR at SNS should stop and talk to the store director before they check out and have lots of patience.

I'm sure some managers will jump on this new policy and train all employees immediatly, and others will not have a clue.

  16. Good Morning to All,

Slowly she turned, step by step, inch by inch.....

SNS Contact info regarding SNS acceptance of Wags RRs:

Please remember be very very nice all the way around and things will go smoothly. RRs have been accepted at other SuperValu stores for quite a while but it will take time for our stores to adjusted to the acceptance. This is a Benefit to us as well as our stores.

The gate has been swung open-and the Bull has been released-it is up to you on how tame the ride can be. =)

Have a Great Day to All.

Off to work will ck back in later =)

  17. Hi Janet - You're a Miracle Worker with the RR acceptance at SNS. Thank you again.

I'm hoping a few people will test what's happening at their stores and report back. I'm putting off posting about the new policy until stores have had a chance to educate their employees and it looks like it's running smoothly.

  18. Thanks Janet - lucky you!!!!!!! I'm soooo SNS jealous ;D

    Hi Janet -

What is the deal on the Nescafe cat? I looked and didn't find in on here. TIA

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hi Kelly,

I was wondering if anyone was gonna catch that one. Good eye.

    Nescafe National Cat deal:

    buy 2 get $1
buy 3 get ? not sure
    buy 4 get $4

The small boxes of 7 sticks Nescafe instant works for the deal. I bought the House Blend flavor. They are running $1.18 per box and when I bought 4 I also rec'd a coupon for -$1.50/3 6/7 pk Nescafe sticks etc. Runs til 4/16.

Also works at Wags but they are running $2/2 so free after cat and I rec'd the same coupon for -$1.50/3 also. At Wags these are very limited in stock on shelf, I found 7 at the Wags I shop and bought 4 of those. Then talked to the manager and placed a special order.

    Hope that helps =)

  21. Today, I bought two sea salt grinders and one pepper and received the cat! TYVM--I love these things!

Also, Starkist still a great deal-- .80 at South Linderbergh store. fYI--they are not aware of the RR deal yet--since I only have $2RR, I didn't push for them to find out more.

Thanks Janet! My mom will love these (and even better than I can get them as a MM at Crestwood tomorrow!) I'm going to try and see if the RR will work. Thanks for the contact name and number. :-)

  23. Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! What happy news about the RRs!! I shop at the Kirkwood store so I would hope since thats where the SNS HQ is, they should already be informed about this. I cant wait to try it! Too bad I just used a $10 RR at Wags, would have loved to use that at SNS! Thanks to Janet for her hard work on this :)

Just got back from the Crestwood store. I stopped by CS first and cleared the RR use with them. They made a couple phone calls and said I could use them. You might want to stop by CS each time, just in case it is a different CS manager. Spent $1.50 on my groceries today thanks to $15 in RR I earned as MM last week. (Doing my happy dance!) Thanks to Jeri for this blog and Janet for her insider info!

  33. Hi All

Great shopping Kelly in West County!!!!!

Thanks, Maureen for the rebate info.

Jessica - I'd call CS myself and talk to them about what RR they will take. I'm not sure the manager at the Harvestor Store gave you the correct info.

  34. I'm SOOOOOO excited about this! This will make my Walgreens trips so much easier if I don't have to think about rolling the RR every time. Thanks for all the info. I'm planning on stopping by the Shrewsbury store; I'll see what the SD has to say.
    -Casey

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hi Casey - Keep us posted about what happens at the Shrewsbury store. I'm sure it's going to take awhile to get all stores on the same page.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I got an email from Valerie of SNS Customer Relations clarifying the Walgreens RR usage at SNS. She says they will only take RRs for an amount off a specific item, and quote: "our stores do not accept the Walgreens Register Reward coupons for the entire order; for example; "$3 off your next visit”."

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hi CJ - As you probably already know, I made sure Janet say your comment. It's sounds like it's going to take awhile for all of SNS to be on the same page.
