I have quite a few readers that are a sceptical about tyring a Catalina deals unless then have some proof that the deal is working. I understand. I'm a little bit (or sometimes more than a little) of a sceptic myself. But, sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and give them a try.
I have this information from reader Janet. She is the Queen of Catalina Deals. I trust she is only going to pass on information that she feels has a very high probability of working. If you can confirm any of these deals are working please leave a comment
Thank you, Janet!

I was in SNS on Tuesday and all the signs were up except Del Monte, there was also a sign for buy 1 multi surface Pledge get $1, I didn't check the dates, this was in O'Fallon. Sandi
ReplyDeleteThe BC Frosting stacks up higher:
ReplyDeletebuy 2, get $1
buy 3, get $2
buy 4+, get $3
Hi All--just cking in to see what everyone is coming up with =) hehehehehehehehe =) Couponmama thanks for the reminder of the B/C frosting stacking higher =) gonna put 4 of those in a deal tomorrow =) Back to planning =)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jeri and Janet! Received the coupons and mixer/snacks tag just in time! Thanks for the suggestions, Janet! I'm going to use the coupons for Lay's. I'm having no problem finding scenarios for the GM products...it's the other $25, I'm not sure what to buy with low out of pockets. The tags are just what I needed! Kelly
ReplyDeleteHi Sandi - Thanks for the confirmation info. Did you nocite what the pirces were for the Pledge Multi Surface?
ReplyDeleteGoodmorning to All-I have gone over my "plans"-got all coupons clipped together and I Am Ready To Go---oh wait gotta get the kid off to school and DH has to head up north for work. I will be heading out @ 7:45 hehehehehehehehe Ok gonna go have more coffee. If I remember I will check the Pledge prices Jeri--I have a note of other things to check in my first couple of rounds.hehehehehehehehe Ok I am ready to gooooooo nooooow =)
ReplyDeleteHappy Shoppin to All =)
Hi Jeri-I didn't check the price on the muti surface Pledge because I couldn't find any wipes, I only saw a small spray bottle. Sandi
ReplyDeleteSorry I didn't get back to you all sooner....on Monday....
ReplyDeleteI bought 26 cans of progresso soup used 13 coupons for $1/2 (found them at Schnucks!) and a $10 Cat from last week....paid $4 and some change and got back 2 - $5 GM CAT's
I also bought cereal...my total for 3 Golden Grahams, 3 MuliGrain Cheerios, 5 Reg. Cheerios, and 3 Helpers came to $3 and some change....Also the store I was at had a tag for B3G$1.50 ONY. I thought it might be for meat again and the date said till 10/31 but mine didn't print I went to CS and they handed me $1.50!!
I'm planning something similar so hopefully it still works! Looking forward to today!
Does anyone know if the Del Monte cat works on the tomatoes too? I could use tomatoes more than the regular veggies. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAre the Nature Valley granola bars part of the $10/$25 cat? I don't see them in the ad.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know for sure whether the GM deal does or does not stack? I'm really struggling to justify spending the other $25. Has anyone been brave enough to try today?
ReplyDeleteAmanda - it was posted by another shopper on the SNS post that it is NOT stacking.
ReplyDeleteHi All
ReplyDeleteMonday Shopper - Thanks for the info!
Denise - The info is from Janet. I'm hoping she will report back in when she gets back from the store.
Amanda - Like Andrea said, I don't think it's stalking. Whenever I'm in the stituation where I can't find enough in the ad for my list, I start looking through my high value coupons for things that I would like and don't usually see on sale. At least they are 20% off on a $10 off $50 Thursday.
GG Steamers are actually 4/$5. There was a typo on their ad and they have sign about this by the GG veggies freezer.
ReplyDeleteIs there a typo also on the price of the Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks??? I forgot to check last night. Please let us know if someone finds out. TIA.
Hi All --Just cking in. Havin a cup of coffee before I head back out. So far 4 trips $3.43 and still $13.00 in Cats left.
ReplyDeleteDenise--NV Granola Bars are listed on the UPC list. I think if they are marked 2/$5 you are good to go. I did the Simply Cookies that are not in the ad but on the UPC list and rec'd the cats.
Del Monte vegies: I have not tried these yet--they are in my next rounds =)
coupon.girl--I think the BC Fruit Snacks are 2/$4 if I remember correctly.
Jeri-- The Pledge Multi surface spray was $4.38 here in IL.
HTH Back to double check next lists-finish coffee and goooooooo =)
Hi All--Also wanted to ad the McCormick spices marked $1.50 are working for the cat deal. Buy 3 @ $1.50=$4.50 rec $3.00 Cat. Some nice choices, I have gotten 6 so far. HTH =) If I try the Del Monte and it does not work-I am going to switch out DM for the spices in the rest of my plans. =)
ReplyDeleteJanet you are making me tired just reading your posts! Unfortunately by the time I get to SNS most of what I want will be cleared out, but you are inspiring me to make the GM cat work no matter what. Thanks! Also where do you get the UPC lists for the cats? How handy that would be to have.
ReplyDeleteJanet, isn't it Buy 3 Get $2 (per Ms. Jeri's post above) on the McCormick spices? Much Thanks for sharing your finds.
ReplyDeleteJust got back from SNS and tried some of the cats. The double dip for fruits snacks is working. The McCormick prices are working. I bought the $1.50 grinders. The Delmonte is not working. I tried it twice. Once with corn, once with diced tomatoes. Still a far deal if you need them.
ReplyDeleteHi All--cking in-McCormick Spices are buy 3 get $3 this is what I have been doing. And the Del Monte is not working-sorry =( But as I stated I sub. them with the McC. Spices. Coupon.girl I think the shelf tag for the spices said buy 2 get $1.50. I was going off my cheat sheet that said B3G$3. =)
ReplyDeletehehehehehehehehe
Last 5 trips $4.32 and $25 in cats left =)
Time for lunch and coffee =) And plan the last 3 trips =)
Also--The crystal ball says "next Thursday is a good day". hehehehehehehehehe =)
Ok I think I might be having to much fun today =)
I want to be a bug on Janet's shoulder! What deals! I thought I did good with $25 ($60 before Q)out of pocket and $13 for my next trip!
ReplyDeleteI bought four Betty Crocker frostings and cakes but did not recieve the double dip catalina. my cashier was having trouble with her catalina printer and had to get my GM catalina from the service counter. Did anyone else recieve the catalina for the Betty Crocker frostings? Want to know if I should contact the catalina company
ReplyDeletethanks
Janet -
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean we should not contact cat about the del monte not printing? TIA. Never had that happen before.
Hi Kelly--I will be double cking the Del Monte deal for further info. also with Catalina. Sometimes companies pull promos before the end dates or things just not programmed correctly.
ReplyDeleteLisa--Signs should be posted in the stores re: B/C frostings but I had not tried it yet. Maybe check with your store tomorrow and explain to them what happened and ask for a rering of the B/C frostings to get your catalina. =) HTH
Heading back out =)
Lisa, I bought 4 of the BC frosting and got the $3 catalina today.
ReplyDeleteI bought the wrong NV granola bars today at $3.33 along with seven sweet moments (totaled $25). I went to CS and returned them and purchased the Chex treat bars. Not what I wanted, but was running out of time. Then, the $10 cat printed. So, my trip did turn out as planned today, because of that and Twin Oaks was OUT of YOPLUS! They checked the stockroom and it was cleared out. So, if you are going there, have a back-up plan. I ended up paying $39 for two trips and have $20 in cats for another day. Kelly (used all the $5/$50 q's--thanks!)
ReplyDeleteHi All - I don't know about you, but I'm exausted just thinking about Janet's day at SNS. :)
ReplyDeleteFor everyone who thinks they should have recieved a Catalina coupon and didn't, contact Catalina Marketing. (877) 210-1917, option 1.
Give Catalina a day or so, they will have the scan data and be able to tell if you should have receive the coupon.
Almond accents had a sign, B2,G$1.
ReplyDeleteAlso, this week there's a sign on the milk case, buy 4 participating GM cereals, get cat for free milk.
Thanks, couponmama!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I remember Honey Nut Cheerios was one of the participating cereals for the milk cat and it is 2.50 this week.
