  1. The Wags ad shows the Glade deal as $2 off using in store coupon (Oct booklet), not an RR.

  3. Hi
A friend want me to keep an eye out for a good price on Garnier, is this sale price good? Seems like it has run lower in the past any comments would be great. Thanks

  4. Small typo - the Niva Body wash for women in RP is $3 off 2 (not $2 off two) - but your Final Cost is correct. Thanks for all your hard work on this blog!! I LOVE it! @@)

  7. Jeri -
Will the CoffeeMate deal really work to get them free?!

I am afraid the cashier will say that only one coupon may be used to take $2.69 off of the first one that I'm "buying" and not the second one I'm getting "free"... if (s)he does then what do I say?
    Thanks!

  9. Hi All - Sorry about the mistakes this week. I sure did a lousy job typing up this post. Thanks for finding all my boo-boos.

Garnier shopper - $2.33 isn't a great price, but it's about as good as I've seen for awhile. Last year Garnier was free after coupon quite often, but I haven't seen it that price for a very long time.

Hefty One Zip Shopper - Hefty is on a B1G1 sale. I missed putting that in my post. Sorry for the confusion.

D@@ - The cashier might say you can't use a coupon on the "free" item, but the coupon policy says otherwise.

"When items are featured in a Buy One, Get One Free promotion, up to two coupons can be used against the items being purchased, as long as the net price does not go below zero for the items being purchased."

"In the event that any item's selling price is less than the value of the coupon, Walgreens will only accept the coupon in exchange for the selling price of the item."

Print out a copy of the policy and keep it with you when shopping at Walgreens.

  10. 14 free items for me at Wags today! Almost all of my coupons had to be adjusted down which didnt make the cashier happy but she did it and it worked out okay. I let several people go ahead of me and still had a long line behind me halfway through my transaction. My store is way too busy! Here's my details http://nutts4gb.wordpress.com/2010/10/17/walgreens-14-free-items/

Bufferin 130 ct low dose asprin is $5.99. Use the Oct booklet $3 coupon and 10/17 RP $3 coupon to get it for free OOP. You can also try to submit it for the rebate. The rebate form says you will get back the purchase price minus the $3 insert coupon. Hopefully they wont deduct the $3 Wags coupon too.

  11. Correction to my above post - the Bufferin coupon and rebate form are in the 10/17 SS, not the RP.

  12. On the Coffemate, if you want to avoid beeps, you can buy 3, use 3 1.50/1 coupon, and use 1 .75 printable from their website, which ends up being .13, or .03 each, worth it for me to avoid drama.
