ReplyDeleteI was so unimpressed with this week's SNS ad, I forgot all about checking the "In Store Specails" ad. And, I even stopped at the store to check on a few items.
It's not a bad deal with the Cheez-Its and Saltines this week. But, this could be a money-maker with the right deal.
I haven't heard back yet, but I see that the banner is removed. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.

ReplyDeleteThe person who is in charge of their promotions and ads misses stuff all of the time. Almost every ad they put out has an error in it. When you go in and look where they have their ads they always have corrections there. I can't imagine Schnucks or Dierbergs having such issues. Great job Jen catching that!
ReplyDeleteI figure there will be a $10/$50 next Thursday. That is why the $ 20 coupons for purchase on the gift cards was only good for 1 week and the coupon for gift cards this week is only $10. Just my hypothesis! :)
ReplyDeleteI bought the California Pizza Kitchen pizzas a few weeks ago and received a $1 cat, instead of a $3 like I should have. I emailed catalina and they sent me a $3 cat. (I was only expecting a $2, I had told them I received the $1.) They also sent me the $2 Del Monte cat from a couple months ago. I was worried it would be too late on that one. They came very quickly.

JB - I've been very pleased when I've called Catalina Marketing. It's easier to deal with them standing in line at SNS Customer Service.
You have a few that say "Hurry, expires 10/30!" - I assume that's a typo. ;) Just fyi.

Sadina-I did the Pills/Sweet Moments deal and rec'd the instant -$3 off Milk no problem and I did receive the $1 Cat wyb 4 Pills. products. I had the -$1 MQ for the Sweet Moments also, so @ $5.34 for 1 G of Milk and 4 Sweet Moments after Qs and Cat.
I been doing the P&G deal using the $20 Cat from last week to lower OOP. Have gotten Charmin TP, Downy, Tide and Duracell batteries which are needed. OOP has been @ $7.00 each time and rec the $10 GC Mall Cat back.
Hoping Friday brings good news about Next Thursday =) I have several of the $10 Cats from wyb $100 in GCs, these expire in two weeks from issue, I may just use them to stock up on chicken/beef next week depending on the ad.

ReplyDeleteI could not find the Barillo Plus pasta for $1. All I saw was $2.17.
I bought two Innovasian Asian Foods for $7 and white sticky rice for $2.88. It looks pretty good. (I'll let you know for sure after we have it.) There are coupons for the rice free in the black/white ads in the store. This is still good next week. If they have a $10/$50 and you use a $5/$50 next Thursday, that would make all three products about $4.04. The orange chicken is 18 oz. and serves 3.
HI KC - Kelly said the Barilla Pasta Plus shelf sticker said $2.17 also. I'm begining to think my store had the signs up incorrectly on Monday.
