    Dang, I bought Kashi and 2 Healthy Choice at SNS today. Should have got them at Schucks. Oh well, still time to do this rebate and I always need frozen dinners. Thanks for posting, Jeri!

    Rebate forms can be found in the frozen section of the Brentwood store and near the weekly ad at the Kirkwood store. The form is not required though - you can print your name, address, phone number and the location of your Schnucks store on a 5"x3" piece of paper and mail with your receipt (no UPCs needed) to "Healthy Resolutions", P.O. Box 410200, St Louis MO 63141.

    Hi Mrs. Fisher - The deal is advertised this week in Schnucks ad. Check your local ad.

    The info and address that CJ posted is on the back of the form. So, if you don't find a form in you store, follow the instructions CJ posted.

    Hi Anonymous - I looked for the form and don't seem to find it around here, but 6 weeks to get a rebate back would be a common time frame.
