Menu Plan Monday - Week of 2/20/11
If you don't menu plan, you should give it a try - it makes life so much easier. Before I couponed, I didn't do a very good job with menu planning. Some week's I wandered the grocery store trying to figure out what we would eat. That method doesn't work so well. I spent a ton of money and usually didn't have the all the ingredients in the house to put dinner together. Which of course, meant more trips to the store and more money spent.
Now, I menu plan from what is already in the house, I only need to put a few items on the grocery list, and no more trips to the store at 5:00 pm.
Monday: Baked Chicken, baked potatoes, frozen veggie, fruit
Tuesday: Pasta con Broccoli, garlic bread
Wednesday: Pizza
Thursday: Chicken fajitas, refried beans
Friday: Date night
Saturday: Grilled hamburgers, fries,
Sunday: Fish, long grain & wild rice, frozen veggies
