Menu Plan Monday - Week of 3/28/11
It's going to be an extremely busy week for our family. Every weeknight evening, either we are getting home late, someone has to be back out the door for an evening activity, or sometimes both. My goal is to make sure there is something to eat in between. I'm resorting to the Crock Pot, frozen food and leftovers.
Monday: Crock Pot Rotisserie-Style Chicken, mashed potatoes, frozen veggie, strawberries
Tuesday: Pizza, fresh fruit
Wednesday: BBQ chicken sandwiches, fries, coleslaw, grapes
Thursday: Breakfast as dinner
Friday: Fish & fries, peas
Saturday: Grilled Italian sausage, coleslaw, fresh fruit
Sunday: Pork tenderloin, mashed sweet potatoes, applesauce

We have a really busy week too! I'm only cooking two nights. I'm making Ricotta Gnocchi one night, and a bean/escarole ragout with polenta the other night. We're going to the Opening Day game on Thursday so I'm sure it'll be hot dogs then!
ReplyDeleteSoooo jealous every little thing. Hope we don't have snow for opening day. Have a great time. Go Cards!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous too! Have fun, I hope the weather cooperates.
ReplyDeleteHave fun at the game. I swear every time we actually get tickets it pouring rain or snowing with gail force winds lol. Hopefully you have better luck...oh and don't worry, we don't have tickets this year so the weather will probably be fabulous ;)
ReplyDeleteJeri I might just take your list. I'm exhausted and haven't planned past tonight. I have 2 birthdays in March so I've been busy and cake baking and party planning. I.am.done!
Hi Marcella - I'm not sure you should use my plan. Tonights dinner plans have changed twice since I've posted this.
