Heineken Beer Rebate - $15 on Summer Essentials

I think this beer rebate has been around for awhile, but I just found it at the store I shop.  Many times, rebates appear at different stores at different times through out the rebate period.

Save up to $15 by Mail when you purchase at least $25.01 of Summer Essentials (premium meats, fresh produce & condiments)

  • No beer purchase required in AL, AR, CT, HI, IN, KY, ME, MO, NC, NJ, NY, UT or WV
  • Valid 4/30/11 -  7/31/11 7/15/11
For those not familiar with beer rebates, you periodically will find a rebate offer with a beer display. In Missouri, no beer purchase is ever required. The qualifying products are things you probably buy anyway. I've seen them for meat, cheese, salty snack, produce, soda and many other everyday items.

I save every receipt. When I find a beer rebate, I take a look to see if I've already purchased the qualifying products - many times I have.  All I have to do is submit the information, mail it in, and wait for my money.

  1. I have found the rebates handled by this company to be denied the most often. I usually get it corrected, but that means more time before I get my money. Make sure your final total is over $25 even after all coupons and other offers ($10/$50 and catalinas). Many of us on Thursdays at SnS have original totals over $50, but end up paying less than $25. Be sure to throw in something to stay above $25 at the bottom.

I have found AB rebates to be the BEST! I guess they get the idea of having happy customers!

  3. I agree with KC. Heineken rebates are tricky. One of the things they often deny about are the attachment of UPCs which the card says they require. I personally interpret that to only mean the UPCs of the beer, and NAPR in MO. But sometimes they want to argue that you need to attach the UPC of every item that you purchased for the certain amount, which is crazy! So beware.

  4. I've sent in mine...I didn't send in UPC's, but made sure I stayed above $25 for all my receipts. I'm crossing my fingers. It took three receipts (all made in the same day) to get above $25.

  5. I agree the Heineken ones can be difficult. Like Kelly said they usually will take more than one receipt, but have to be from the same day. Usually you have to read the fine print carefully to see that. Last time I did one of their rebates I emailed about the UPCs and they said they only needed the beer UPCs, not the other products.

I scan in all my rebate submission materials and save them on my computer so I will have copies in case I would need them. I also keep a spiral notebook where I list what the rebate was for, when I sent it in and when I should receive my check and contact info. I record when I receive the rebate. It has really helped me stay organized.

  6. I just found this one at SNS last week. I dug through my receipt bin and found one from Sams with over $25 in produce. Seems on that day I felt like it was a good idea to buy $11 worth of cherries! At least now I get my money back on that splurge.

  8. Please, please tell me which stores have these. Schnucks, Dierbergs, ShopnSave in Ballwin, even Lukas liquor store rarely have rebates for liquor. I wonder if the same rep does their stocking. I've asked their managers and they tell me it is up to the reps. Anyone else in this area, help me out by reminding the managers that we all want rebates! THANKS!

  10. Hi All

I agree the AB rebates are the easiest to deal with. Heineken one's can be a pain in the ... at times.

Since this rebate goes through the end of July, I think I'm going to buy $25 of Eckerts Peaches to freeze and sende that receipt in for the rebate. Eckert Peaches should be in the stores by the end of July?

  11. AB, Blue Moon (Miller/Coors) and Corona beer rebates have gone well for me. I usually stick to the smaller rebates and dont do the ones for $25/$100 or ones that require you to buy everything all in one trip or on one date.

  12. FYI...I think this rebate only goes thru 7/15, not 7/30 that you have posted.

  14. I received a postcard by mail saying that I was denied for the $15 Heineken rebate!! I called CMS and they said they would "investigate", but the way the representative spoke it seemed like it was just a way to delay ultimately denying it. Sure enough, today I received another postcard saying; "Your submission has been re-inspected and the initial disqualified decision remains and no further payment will be issued." This is complete BS!!! I will be contacting my state's attorney general's office because it appears that Inmar corporation's affiliate, CMS , is purposly defrauding valid rebate submissions. If anyone else has had a similar problem please call CMS at 877-322-8355 to complain!!! It appears that CMS is part of Inmar corporation(www.inmar.com)
