Maybe I am tired, but if you had 2 P&G inserts, you could get 4 free toothbrushes , right? If you use 2 BOGO coupons & 2 $2 coupons?
ReplyDeleteFood pantries also take these kinds of things too. If you don't need them, great donations.
Hi Tonya - The limit is 2 on the Oral-B Cross Action. You would only get (2) $1 of (1) $2 ECB on this deal depending on if you purchased them in different of the same transaction.
ReplyDeleteBe sure to scan you card. I received my spring ECBs and a coupon for a free air delight bar. Also, dawn with (I love this stuff) is free if you happen to have any $1 off coupons- mine were in bounty that I bought at schnucks. The dawn counts towards the free gas card. Happy 4th to jeri and all!
ReplyDeleteI was not able to use the B1G1 and the $2 off one on the Oral B Crossaction toothbrushes. The register kept beeping so my cashier asked another employee and said they weren't allowed to take both of the coupons. Anyone else encounter this?
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteWhich coupon did you have the cashier scan first?
The B1G1. Should I have tried it differently?
ReplyDeleteyou should have been able to use both coupons. You are buying one, getting $2 off, and getting the other one free. The only way it would not work is if the coupon said $2 off purchase of 2. You cannot comine that coupon with a BOGO.
ReplyDeleteBoth Anonymous Posters,
ReplyDeleteYes, from wording one would think you should be able to use a BOGO and a $2 coupon. However, in this case the BOGO coupon is coded to attach to 2 items. When the first poster used it, it attached to both items and there was no room left for the $2 coupon. You could use two $2 coupons easily.
I should have mentioned some BOGO coupons are coded to attach to one item and some to two. This one is coded for two. So sometimes it can be a problem to use another coupon and sometimes not.
ReplyDeleteHi All
ReplyDeleteMaureen - Thanks for the update on Magic Coupon Machine coupons.
I think the cashier should have pushed the $2 Oral-B coupon through even if the machine beeped. Yes, some B1G1 coupon are coded to attach to 2 items, but if they allow you to use a B1G1 and another coupon if they don't beep, then they should if they do beep.
