What's for Dinner? Spicy Cauliflower Soup

photo from Paula Dean Magazine .com
Cauliflower is on sale again for $0.89 at Aldi.  That mean  Paula Dean's Spicy Sausage & Cauliflower Soup at our house.  I knew there was a good reason to pick up spicy sausage at Schnucks last week.
What's for dinner at your house this evening?

  3. The soup sounds yummy, I've saved the receipe, will make it some day. Dinner tonight will likely be beef stroganoff. I better go get the beef out of the freezer!
