Tonight's dinner plans were inspired by digging through the freezer tyring to figure out what meat had been there the longest. I'm not sure the pork steaks had been there the longest, but with this beautiful weather, why not make November 1st a St Louis summer holiday. Besides, I don't think those pork steaks would be something I would want to keep around until next Memorial Day.
- Grilled Pork Steaks
- Sweet Potatoes Fries (Ore-Ida)
- Green Salad
- Fresh Fruit

Sounds good. Some day I'm going to learn the trick to grilling a good pork steak. We'll be having carnitas and a couple of yet to be determined sides. Corn, rice, chips and salsa, beans? We'll see how the day plays out.

ReplyDeleteHi Melissa - I'm not sure anyone in our family has figured out the best way to grill pork steaks either. Pork steaks aren't my favorite, but the guys in the family love them not matter how they are cooked
