ReplyDeleteYes, and there are midnight shoppers. Be aware though, the Catalina system is updated overnight. If you are expecting a Catalina coupon, it might not print.

ReplyDeleteIf the catalina doesn't print, have the cashier initial your receipt and take it back into the store during the day. Make sure you have "all your ducks in a row" tho... for the Kraft deal last time, I pulled one of their tags from the shelf that showed which items were included (because it had extra things not printed in the sale flyer). She tried to tell me that Head&Shoulders wasn't part of the 10 Krafts, because it wasn't in the flyer... But I had the card from their shelf to prove that it was! The Kraft deal this time doesn't give a catalina tho, it's $5 off the current order. So keep an eye on your totals to make sure you get it.
ReplyDeleteAlso: Wednesday night (after midnight) is the best time to get the $10 off $50 for a few reasons: First of all, the shelves are fully-stocked. So you can get all the deals first before someone else clears the shelf. Secondly, if there is a deal that is TOO GOOD (like a mistake in their ad) than you are more likely to get it. Before Thanksgiving, their ad said $.37 for gravy, which made it better than FREE after coupon and 10-50. I didn't realize it wednesday night (but saw someone else with a bunch of gravy in their cart). At home, I researched the deal and figured I'd go back in the morning... By that time, they had a correction printed. My gravys were still like $.25 each, but it would have been better to make money on them.

ok I have a question and i dont know where to post it so hopefully someone can help. I found some printable coupons that are manufacturer coupons but say redeem at publix at the top. Can i use these at shop n save? They were printed from a cooking with kraft website. a few would make some excellent deals for tomorrow.

Anonymous-I have had no trouble in the past using a coupon as you mentioned but you might want to stop at CS and ask so you do not have any surprises at the register. HTH

If a you can use manufacturer coupons with another store's logo really depends on the store. As Janet said, it's best to stop at Customer Service first or even ask for the manager.
I haven't had good luck using them at SNS, but the store I used to shop at was a very well managed store. I've found a differnt store to shop at and it's a whole different world.
I asked at customer service...They did allow me to use the publix coupons. Made for free ritz crackers and cheap oreos!
