ReplyDeleteI sure hope the $5/5 Kellogg's coupon dosen't cause a problem for anyone. I don't remember having a problems with the Kraft coupon.
If you think a cashier might quesiton it becuase of the high value, stop at Customer Service before you shop. Talk to the people at CS or even a manager and get their name. Tell them you printed it from Coupons.com the same company they use to put coupon on their website.
Get the OK to use it before you shop. If the cashier quesitons it tell them you have already talk to and use the first name of the person you talked to.
REALLY hoping they run that $5/5 Kellogg's q again...I missed it! My family has been going through cereal like crazy! Anybody checked put the $5 savings coupons in specially marked boxes of Kellogg's? Eve

DeleteIt really bothers me that a company has the technology to remove a coupon when it has hit it's print limit, but they don't remove the advertisng for the coupon.
Bought 10 Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch cereals at the Crestwood SnS. The $5 savings did not instantly come off. Could not get the manager to understand this. I will contact corporate. I know the Twin Oaks store works for this. If you bought 10 cereals at Crestwood, you might want to check your receipt. There should be a line towards the bottom clearly stating you are saving $5 for the Kellogg's promotion. Very frustrating!

I went back to the Crestwood store and was easily refunded $5.31. I think the problem might be the
Raisin Bran Crunch itself. At Twin Oaks it also did not instantly come off when Raisin Bran Crunch was purchased, but did for other varieties. However, there the cashier willing keyed it in. (That is why I am starting to shop there more!)
Hi KC - That sounds like Raisin Bran Crunch UPC number didn't get entered into the system correctly to trigger the Instant Savings. It seems like with every large Catalina or Instant Savings some product gets missed. Looks like you found the unlucky product.

Are all of the Kellog's cereals participating in the $5 off instantly when you buy 10? Or is it just select cereals?
ReplyDeleteI emailed SNS to get a list of participating products on their list - ALL Kellogg's Cereals 8 oz. or larger.
DeleteI've heard that Raisin Bran Crunch isn't triggering the instant savings - there could be more varieties that aren't. If you purchased 10 products and didn't get the Instant Savings the register, you should go to Customer Service to get the problem fixed.
