Last time CVS had a deal which includes the Softsoap bar, I didn't find it at the store and there wasn't even a spot for it on the bar soap shelf. Has anyone seen it at CVS? TIA.

DeleteI went to the South County CVS at midnight. NO Softsoap 4 packs.
ReplyDeleteI did get a CRT for a FREE Oreo 5.25 to 6 oz. pack. Only problem was they cost $2.19 and the coupon has a maximum value of $1.50. I understand manufacturers having a maximum value on coupons to protect against retailers inflating prices to increase their return on the coupons. But this is CVS issuing the coupon for their store only. To me if it prints stating FREE, it should be FREE. Anyone finding a better price at another location?

DeleteIf the coupon had stated $1.50 off, you probalby would have been excited about the deal.
If I get to CVS today, and I get that coupon, I'll ask the manager about it.
FYI the oreos on sale for $1.50. I got the golden ones for free. One of the managers said they didn't know ahead of time about the oreo coupon and didn't have many instock but had a few things they ciuld substitute. My 5 year old was happy - free jelly beans and oreos. Both west county stores were out of the bar soap before 11:00am Sunday. Oh well - I love the soft-soap vanilla body wash. I love cvs! FYI I think the Venus razors are part of the spend $50 get $15 p&g rebate

ReplyDeleteHi - The rebate dosen't mention coupons, as far as I cand see. So, it should work before coupons.

ReplyDeleteJust to add for my IL friends-I had found tearpad coupons for -$1.00 on any one pk of Nabisco Cookies(8-26 oz) wyb 1 Gallon of Milk. Might work out for cheap Oreos w/the Ecb deal back worked with the Milk and Ecb deal. HTH =)
