CVS: FREE Jonathan Adler Desinger Roll Cover

CVS ECB Deal

Here is an unadvertised freebie at CVS.  I found these on a shipper display.

Through 5/26/12

Jonathan Adler Designer Roll Cover with Bonus Cottonelle Roll Inside - $1.99
Get a $1.99 ECB (limit 1 offer)
= FREE after ECB

Note:  On Sunday the ECB wasn't printing.  Make sure you check your receipt, and if you don't get the ECB have the problem fixed while you're at the store.

  1. At my CVS, for some reason these are actually ringing up at $1.87, not the posted $1.99. Since I had unknowingly paid with a $2 ECB (thinking that I'd only be losing $.01), the store manager was nice enough to manually generate me a replacement $2 ECB (versus $1.87). These things are really cute, I was happy to discover them this Sunday!

    1. Hi Beertrishadish - There was one gone from the display when I was at the store. I must have just missed running into you yesterday.

I think they always round up ECB when they have to force them to print.

On a side note, the manager told me yesterday they are starting to gear up to build more stores. He mentioned St Charles Co. and North Co. I my opinion CVS couldn't expand fast enough in the St Louis market.

    2. Yes, you're right, it was me....I got there around 11:00AMish, and I was on my way out, rolling past the Easter bagged candy aisle, and there it was....fully stocked with those pretty plastic TP holders, and with a sign saying that they were going to be FREE after ECBs. It was a couponer's mirage! LOL! :-)

  2. I hope they build one either in Manchester/Ballwin. The nearest store to me 10miles at Ellisville

  3. A couponing friend of mine at work, who lives in St. Charles County, told me just today that the exterior walls are now up at the CVS that's going to be in St. Charles. She has been contacting the CVS corporate group in order to find out if that location is going to be a 24-hour store, or not. Jeri--I'll be sure to either e-mail you or forward her letter if she gets an answer about this back from corporate. I will also ask her to snap a pic of the in-progress store!!!

  4. It's me- Jess the person she is referring to. I will take a pic soon. I called on March 28th and they only know of "Grand Openings" 6 months out at the CVS corporate office so the woman I spoke with said there were no announcements of "Grand Openings" in St. Charles county before 7/28/2012. But when I go pass the location that is being built I will surely take a picture!

    1. Hi Jess - Thanks for the info. Hopefully CVS won't build this one and wait until the other new ones are built to do the grand opening all at one time.

The store in South Co. was build and sat for months unopened.

  5. The one I was referring to is in Harvester off 94. I also have heard (from walgreens cashiers) that there is one off of mid0rivers and mexico. I have not myself seen the signs but if I happen to be down either of these roads I will be sure to inform you all of what I find :)

  6. No signs yet at mid rivers and Mexico - I think they still have to tear the old strip mall down...

  8. Are the Jonathan Adler toilet paper covers only in MO? Couldn't find them in Edw. or Col., IL. Did anyone else find them at the IL stores?
