There are also coupons at Eckerts.com Or direct link: http://www.eckerts.com/pdfs/eckerts_savings_coupons.pdf Including 1.99/lb Pork steaks from the Mead Department. Free 8 oz salad from the Deli when you buy a pound of Boar's Head meats and/or cheeses.
Just print them off and bring them into the store. They change on the first day of the month and are good for the rest of that month.
I work in the fresh meat department so come visit me.
Hi Teagen - Thanks for the heads up on Eckert's coupons.
I hate to admit it, but it's been years since I've been to the Bellville location. I haven't seen the expansion with restaurant and all. But, I'm going to come pick apples this year. I'll stop at the meat dept. and see if you're working.
Jeri - I've worked at Eckert's for two years now, and we are still getting lots of people that haven't been to our new store and restaurant, so don't feel bad. :)
Right before you leave to pick apples make sure you call our Harvest Hotline. Some days we have to stop picking to allow for things to ripen, if it's raining, or way too hot. The phone number is 618-233-0513 x 6
We're going on Thursday! $1/pound is my cutoff price for produce, and I was sad we didn't make it out to pick peaches this year (because they went fast and there weren't any sales or coupons). I am SO excited (as are my kids!!) that we will be picking apples!
