ReplyDeleteLast week, I found Schnucks sausage on a manager special for $0.99 lb. Too bad that wasn't this week.
DeleteCashier couldnt get the sausage coupon to work for the salsiccia links (and she told me salsiccia isnt pork sausage) so I took it to customer service. No problems there and I somehow only paid $1.67 for a $3.58 package. I didnt get a receipt so not sure what happened but they must have taken $2 off.
ReplyDeleteI've have had to make a trip to Customer Service because of Wednesday Wows coupons many a time. They seem to never scan for me and cashier do come up with the funniest reasons why.
DeleteI understand the cashier might not be familiar with the Salsiccia name, (I had never hear that name until I moved to St Louis) but couldn't they just look at the package and tell it was sausage?
The WOW coupons have to be scanned on the screen where they also scan the items, not the coupon screen. I often have to tell my cashier to go back to the previous screen to get it to scan, but then it always works. (This is also true if you do SCO. Scan your WOW coupons before you hit pay.)
