= $3.99 + tax and get a $4 ECB

use:
(1) $2/2 Febreze (12/29/12 SS) - $2.00 (expires 1/31)
$4 ECB from 1st transaction - $3.98 (cashier will reduce)
= $0.00 (+ tax if you pay in your state) and get $2 ECB
