  1. I hope you don't mean all at once because who in their right mind would do SIX transactions?!
Not only would that be very taxing on the cashier but if anyone's in line behind you, you'd be the rudest person ever.

    1. If you noticed in the intro to the post, I suggest checking out at the cosmetic counter.

I have done multiple transactions at both Walgreens and CVS, and I agree some shoppers could be rude to the customers behind them if they did them all back to back.

If there is anyone behind me in line, I do a transaction or two, and step aside to let the people behind me check out. I also always use cash to to speed up the transactions.

    2. I do exactly the same Jeri. At my store I have gotten to no the cashiers and we have fun chit chatting while I check out. They even usually let me know when I miss a wags cpn. My only exception to letting people go ahead of me is when a customer that gets in line while I'm in the middle of a transaction and makes rude comments.

    3. Hi nskcsf - I too have gotten to know the cashier really well. The cashier I like to shop will on Sundays only live a couple of blocks from me. We just recently figured out we were neighbors.

I've had the situation come up where I was going to step aside so someone behind me could check out, and they said they wanted to watch what I was doing and would prefer to wait.

  2. Love those people...it's bring some extra excitement to your savings!!!!:)I have one cashier that we email deals to each other not only to wags but other stores too. Getting to know the employees can really make shopping easier and more fun:)

    1. Yes, getting to know the cashiers makes shopping easier at every store.

There are some shenanigans that go on with some couponers and I can see at time why some clerks are leery of coupons. But, when they get to know you and know you are an honest couponer, it makes life easier for the couponer and cashier.

  3. I'm lucky....I can make a round at there are about 7 walgreens all within a 5 mi radius of my home....I used to just do 2 transactions at each and do a mega couponing sunday of rolling the register rewards from store to store....I built up my stock pile that way with walgreens for all the personal care products that don't really expire....Now that my stock pile is "set"....I can just maintain it with the CVS deals...in fact, I still accuire more that I use even with CVS limits on deals...I just aquire at a slower pace...it all works out because I am still stocking but in a way its good for me because I'm not going above and beyond what I have room for (YET..HEHE)...AND I find I have less couponing stress, not planning and going to WAGS all the time...I also don't have to worry about all the filler items....I don't know...I can see how Wags could still be just as fruitfull....they seem to be re-introducing more and more register rewards...but I'm still not quite to the point of becoming a customer again. I don't know, I'm on the fence...I'm liking my couponing life without Wags in it, even thought at one point I was a QUEEN of WAGS..first in the store every Sunday. Maybe I was getting too OCD about wags and spending too much effort and time.

    1. I haven't shopped at Wags much since the new Points system either. I think with couponing you have to pick & choose how much running around your'e going to do.

In my opinion, many people who tried couponing and go burned out because they were too OCD about it. Just like life everything need to be in moderation.
