Don't know if you've been to Iowa State before or not, but the entire University is huge!
ReplyDeleteAmes is really a great city and so much is geared towards the college students.
My sister & family has lived there for 17 years. She works at the University.
Hope you all have a great time and a chance to do some off campus exploring.
That's my alma mater! Have a great trip. I'm sure Ames has changed a lot in the last 20 years. :)

My husband's mom and dad both grew up in the Ames area. He still has relatives in the area. My youngest will be 4th generation to attend ISU.
ReplyDeleteI went to Iowa. We are "mixed marriage" - Iowa style.
My son wants to be an Engineer. My husband would of had a fit if he wanted to go to Rolla or Mizzou.
