Remember when you register for samples to use your couponing email address. Companies you register with will send you emails with advertising and special offers. The emails I receive I wouldn't call spam because many times they have special offers or coupons. But it is nice to keep those emails out of my regular personal email.

If you haven't set up an email account strictly for couponing, I would suggest you do. I use a free gmail account, others I know use a free yahoo account. It doesn't really matter where the couponing email is, just set one up. I think you will be glad you did.
