Walgreens Deals - Week of 7/19/09

Sales prices good July 19-25, 2009

I hate to say it, but the Back to School Sales are in full swing this week and Walgreens isn't going to miss a reason for a sale. It's time to stock up, even if you don't have the dreaded list of needed supplies.

For those without kids, you might not need book covers, but there are plenty of other items to stock up on this time of year.

I highlight only the best deals. Take a look at Walgreens' full ad here.

Remember When Shopping at Walgreens:

  1. Count the number of items you have and the number of coupons you are using. (A register reward is considered a coupon but an in-ad coupon isn't.) The register will not accept more coupons than items you're purchasing. Purchase fillers as needed.
  2. Always give the cashier your coupons in groups, first Register Rewards, then manufacturer's coupons, and then Walgreens' coupons.
  3. Only one Register Reward will print per offer per transaction. Split your items into several transaction if you want to earn Register Rewards on each of them. Example: This week if you want to buy more than one Pilot pen and get Register Rewards for each purchase, they have to be in separate transactions.
  4. If you use a Register Reward for the same brand of products, you will not receive another Register Reward. If you use a Register Reward for a different brand of product, you will receive a Register Reward.
  5. Ask for a rain check if the store is out of a sale item. They don't expire and you can use them at any Walgreens.
  6. You can use a Walgreens' coupon and a manufacturer's coupon on the same item. Read about Walgreens' Coupon policy.
