Hi Jeri,
ReplyDeleteI've got Walgreens down but I've never shopped CVS. Is there a card or anything we need to sign up for? It would be great if you could do a CVS 101 for the Grand Openings!
Thanks!
Maureen
CVS shopping sounds so rewarding! Wish I can walk to any of these location!!! :)
ReplyDeleteMaureen - You do need to sign up for a card. Go to CVS.com and click on the Extra Care logo at the top. There is some basic info about the program on the site.
ReplyDeleteSO excited about the local CVS openings. I just signed up for an Extra Care Card and it said to expect it in the mail in about 2 weeks!
ReplyDeleteI hope to get a post about Shopping at CVS writen this week. I'm my no means an expert CVS shopper but have shopped there a few times and it's wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThe first thing to remember is it isn't anything like shopping at Walgreens. It is so much easier.
You can get an Extra Care Card on line or just wait and get one the first day you shop. It doesn't take long to sign up and you can use it the same day.
Any idea if they are still scheduled to open on the 17th? I had someone tell me that they couldn't open them at the same time so they've staggered the opening dates.
ReplyDeleteJust did a little research. Olivette Chamber of Commerce has a CVS "ribbon cutting" scheduled for Jan 17th, but the West County COC has one scheduled for Jan 21st. Not sure about the South locations though.
ReplyDeleteHi Theresa - Thanks for doing the research on CVS openings.
ReplyDeleteI just called CVS Customer Relations. They do not have a opening date in their system or even phone numbers yet, but they told me the could be opening as soon as this weeked.
Sometimes, stores do soft opening before a the actual opening hupla. I'm going to drive by the South City Store today!
