  1. Pretty good for not having stopped in at shnucks for a while. I got three packages of solo cups, and 6 durkee marinades (the mesquite is pretty great with chicken breasts) and a package of lays chips for about 1.19. I think I got taxed on something else besides the chips, I'm not sure. Thanks again!

  2. Hi Jenny B - It looks like everyone is getting taxed on the Solo Cups.

  3. i just tried to use the prairie farms buy 2 get 1 free coupon for yogurt at schnucks (in brentwood) and they told me it wasn't valid since there was no spot to write in the amount that it was worth? did i do something wrong? i was at the self-checkout and when i scanned the coupon it worked but when i had to give them all to the attendant, she looked over them all and said they wouldn't accept it and she voided it out of my purchase. have you heard of this before?

  4. Hi Emily - I've never heart that one before. You did nothing wrong.

I have heard of people having problems with store accepting Prairie Farms coupons before because they were larger than a normal printable coupon. I haven't printed any of the current set. Are they still oversized?

I hope you left your yogurt at the store. If I were you I would ask to speak to a manager the next time your at the store. Tell them you printed the coupon directly from Prairie Farms website. And ask if they will accept it. You could also email Prairie Farms and relay your story. They might send you coupons in the mail.

  5. My husband is excited about the marinade mix. He was just complaining this weekend that we didn't have any. He wanted to buy a huge box at Sam's, but I told him to be patient and they would go on sale soon!

  7. I emailed Prairie Farms last year about stores not accepting their printables and they apologized but said they couldn't send any coupons. They only suggested trying a different store. I won't even try the PF printables this year, it's not worth the hassle for .35-.70 off. I did finally find the Family Attractions booklet at SNS and Dierbergs so I have a few "regular" coupons to use.

  8. I was able to use the Prairie Farms coupon today with no problem/no questions asked. I think though that the cashier did not scan the coupon at all but just subtracted .50 from my total. I'm not positive though, as I had several coupons and she went through them all before scanning any.

  10. I can't find the Durkee seasoning Q in my 3/28 ads. Any suggestions or maybe I didn't get it???

  11. Hi Anne - There were two SS inserts in the 3/28 paper. The Durkee coupon is in the smaller of the two. The coupon has a picture of a bottle of vanilla on it and it say $1 off any 2 Durkee seasonings or extracts.

    Hope you find it.

  12. My Schnucks (Edwardsville) wouldn't take the $1 off 2 Durkee seasonings :( It beeped and she wouldn't override it because "you'd get them free". She talked to another cashier who agreed with her so I just had her take the seasonings off my order. Sometimes it's not worth it when you're wrangling a 14 month old in the store.

  13. That's not right! The solo cups are free after coupon & they are accepting those! So frustrating!!

  14. My Durkee coupons beeped, too. The cashier talked to a manager who told her to override it.

  15. Hi Jen - I hope you left your Durkee at the store. I agree sometime it's not worth it even when you not wrangling a toddler.

  16. Good deal alert on Mission products. There is a a $1.50/2 MQ on some packages with the 8" flour tortilla as the best buy. Also I found a combo Mission/Old El Paso MQ at a couple SnS. Similar Mission MQ with a $1.00/2 on the other line of products.

    $1.19 * 8 = $2.38 - 1.50 = $.88/4

  17. I meant $.88/2
