$1 printable coupon for any Hidden Valley Ranch, KC Masterpiece or Glad Food Storage product.
Last spring I was able to pick up enough FREE Kraft BBQ Sauce to last me for a year. Looks like this year's brand is KC Masterpiece.
Thanks, Cindy at Living Rich with Coupons for posting about this coupons. Schnucks shoppers are sure glad you did.
I was at schnucks today at richardson crossing (arnold) and they wouldn't take my old orchard coupons the cashier stated tht they do not accept internet coupons anymore and there is a sign up front. I had both of my kids with me and didn't feel like going to find the sign. He said they just started it?? I emailed cusomer service to find out what the deal is.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Regarding internet coupons - Shop n Save Twin Oaks wouldn't take my BOGO Classico coupon (This store is the closest but I like the Customer Service at Ellisville and Crestwood much better). The manager said they couldn't take a internet coupon for a free item and there were a lot of fraudulant Classico coupons. Since it's BOGO I'm basically paying half so this shouldn't be against their policy and it was a legit Coupons.com coupon. I contacted both SNS and Classico. SNS was going to talk with the manager and Classico sent me coupons for a free jar and several $.50 off. So it never hurts to contact CS.
ReplyDeleteMaureen -
ReplyDeleteI had the same issue at my store with B1G1 IPs. CS called the Mgr of the store to straighten him out. He has not talked much to me since, but I now know I wasn't wrong and stood up for myself. Great job on a FREE coupon!!

Last time I asked at CS at Dierbergs and Schnucks they both said they take B1G1 coupons as long as the value isnt over $5.
ReplyDeleteI still have way too many free Kraft from last year, but I'm still getting the KC Masterpiece! But I'll use the printable for another product. Thanks for the link! Kelly
ReplyDeleteGood job everyone for contacting corporate when store decide to interpert the rules how every they want to. It would be nice when new policy is set that management and employees would be trained on what it means.
ReplyDeleteI got a reply from schnucks on the coupon issue and he was very nice. Schnucks does take internet coupons. They only are not allowed to accept a coupon that is for a free item valuing more than 5 dollars. They also may or may not take an internet coupon that doesnt scan, they are supposed to get approval before keying it in. So I think I will be back there today to get more bbq. My husband loves the stuff!
ReplyDeleteHi Schnucks Shopper - Thanks for the follow up. Did Corporate give you any idication if they would contact the store and do training about IP acceptance?
ReplyDeleteyes they did. They asked for the cashier's name, which I kind of felt bad giving because I hate to get someone in trouble. They said they would contact that store and make sure that the employees are enforcing the policy correctly not just refusing to take internet coupons.
ReplyDeleteHi Shcnucks Shopper - Don't feel like you are getting the employee in trouble. Hopefully, the store will take your expierence and comments as an opportunity to train employees better.
