Target would not take my $5 Kraft coupon today. The cashier scanned it, and nothing happened...it just rang up at $0.00. I didn't realize until my total seemed high. I checked my receipt and it was not on there, just the $0.00. I went to customer service and they said the coupon was not valid. I had them take off 3 of my cheese purchases (because I could still use the $1/2 Target coupon on the other 2) and go get my "not valid" coupon back from the cashier's drawer.

ReplyDeleteThat particular coupon will usually beep and at most stores the cashier will get a message to check to see if the correct items were purchased. It is a valid coupon and it comes directly from a Kraft website.
Good for you for returning the cheese you couldn't use a coupon on. If I were you, I would call Target and complain.
