I did this rebate a couple months ago and got the check back yesterday. But this form has different dates and a totally different address so I'm going to try to do this one too. The regular price is around $12.99 so could be free or a MM with a good coupon.

ReplyDeleteThere are $3 coupons on coupons.com (use zip 60652 and click on Health products on the left) for Senekot and Colace, making either of them free after the $10 rebate. The coupon and rebate form are both good through 3/31/11 so you may want to wait for a sale. I'm going to try to get a rebate receipt at Walgreens and also submit for a $1 rebate through caregiversmarketplace.com.
