I got a $3/$15 walgreens coupon today when I checked out. From what I have heard, you get them with any purchase without using RRs. I bought a votive candle for $.18 and got it.
ReplyDeleteI also heard the purchase needs to be small -- such as the single item JB bought. These are a "STOCK UP" coupon. I guess if you only buy one item, they are trying to encourage you to buy more. The $3/15 expires the next day. I got a couple to make my 15% F&F deals even better Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteThanks, JB & KC!
ReplyDelete2 monthly deals - Cortaid Maximum Strength 1% cream, free after MIR (prints at register). Crest Pro-Health toothpaste 4 oz, $3.49 - $2.50 RR - $1 MQ from 11/28 P&G.
ReplyDeleteMy husband got one of those $3/$15 yesterday when we picked up our FREE 8x10 collage photo (using promo code that expired last weekend). Funny thing was I didn't get one and I also had picked up a FREE 8x10 collage photo. (We each have photo accounts, though I'm the one who places the orders )

Thanks, CJ!
ReplyDeleteHi Debra - Maybe the person that programs CVS's computers to trigger coupons is now working for Walgreens. :) It's always exciting because you never know what you'll get.
The Cortaid rebate didnt print for me last night and employees knew nothing about it. I hope it will be in the ad sometime this month so I'll have proof that I do know what I'm talking about! I also didnt get a $3/$15 for picking up my 8x10s.
ReplyDeleteNext week's ad for those who like to plan in advance. Includes the Cortaid rebate, yea!!

Hi CJ - Thanks for the link. The Cortaid rebate is in next weeks ad. I would return what you purchased yesterday and rebuy it.
ReplyDeleteJeri - I returned it right after the rebate form didnt print. I figured it would be in an ad this month. The manager said he thinks it didnt print because of the 15% discount. Thats okay, I'll use an RR to pay for it next week.
